Successor Readiness - Intensive

Successor Readiness is how organizations stop the next transition from becoming a scramble.

Intensive is a 16 week cohort, limited to no more than six nominated high-potential professionials who are not yet in the C-Suite (Director-VP). In two one-on-one sessions and eight group sessions, participants work to evolve from running a function to more holistic enterprise thinking and organization-wide leadership: authentic presence, enterprise judgment, stakeholder mapping, and a written plan for readiness.

Intensive is group-based, time-bounded, and built for the bench, rather than the leader already in the field.

Each participant gains:

• A Readiness Diagnostic composed of two strength assessments.

• Peer work on enterprise thinking, authentic presence, inspiring the workforce, stakeholder mapping, and the shift from function to organization

• A written Readiness Plan

• The first shelf of a foundational leadership library - three to five titles tailored to their personal Readiness Plan.
